Fresh Mint
Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 20 ml Icemint syrup
- 5 ml White sugar cane syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- fill with soda water
Preperation

- Garnish : mint sprig
- Ice up the glass
- Pour the ingredients
- Briefly stir gently
- Serve
Chocomint
Ingredients
- 15 ml Icemint syrup
- 5 ml Dark Chocolate syrup
- 100 ml milk
- 30 ml espresso
Preperation

- Garnish : chocolate powder
- Pour the coffee into a mug
- Steam the milk and the syrup until frothy
- Pour the mix on the coffee
- Garnish & serve
