30 ml Watermelon syrup
10 ml Blue curaçao syrup
30 ml lemon juice
10 mint leaves
fill with soda water

Preperation

Glass : highball
Method : build
Ice : cubed
Garnish : mint sprig

Ice up the glass
Pour the ingredients
Briefly stir gently
Serve

Blue Lemonade

Ingredients

15 ml Lemonade Base Syrup
15 ml Blue curaçao syrup
fill with water / soda water

Preperation

Glass : mason jar
Method : build
Ice : cubes
Garnish : orange slices

Ice up the glass
Pour the ingredients
Briefly stir gently
Garnish & serve

Blue Mocktail
Ingredients

20 ml Blue curaçao syrup
60 ml jus de pamplemousse
60 ml jus de poire

Preperation
Difficulty level : ****

Glass : highball
Method : blend
Ice : –
Garnish : –

Pour the ingredients into a blender
Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
Blend until smooth
Pour out to a glass with no ice
Serve
