Tasting Notes

Appearance: yellow orpiment.

Nose: fresh and juicy peach, slightly floral.

Palate: thirst-quenching attack (peach juice), very slight acidity. Beautiful aromatic length and creamy texture. End of the mouth slightly on the skin (vegetable) and the stone (green almond).

Suggested Consumption
To twist your classic cocktails, add texture, increase the fruit content and create all kinds of drinks.

Eastern Sunset
Ingredients

• 40 ml Peach Fruit for Mix
• 2 vanilla ice cream scoops
• 100 ml almond milk
• 3 bsp halva pistachio
• 3 orange blossom water drops

Preperation
Difficulty level: ****

• Glass: highball
• Method: blend
• Ice: -
• Garnish: whipped cream, mint sprig, halva crumbles

1. For the ingredients into a blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. For out to a glass with no ice
4. Garnish & serve

Virgin Peach Mojito
Ingredients

• 20 ml Peach Fruit for Mix
• 15 ml lime juice
• 25 ml Rum flavor syrup
• 10 mint leaves
• fill with soda water

Preperation
Difficulty level : **

• Glass : highball
• Method : build
• Ice : crushed
• Garnish : mint sprig

1. Smack the mint leaves in a clap and place them in the glass
2. Ice up half of the glass with crushed ice
3. Pour the ingredients
4. Churn to incorporate all ingredients
5. Ice up again to fill the glass
6. Top up with soda water
7. Garnish & serve

Georgia Iced Tea

Ingredients

• 30 ml Peach Fruit for Mix
• 35 ml Cognac VSOP
• 15 ml Triple Sec Curacao
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 10 ml Black Tea concentrated Base
• 70 ml still water
• 4 basil leaves

Preperation
Difficulty level: ***

• Glass: highball
• Method: shake
• Ice: cubed
• Garnish: basil sprig, dehydrated lemon wheel

1. Muddle the basil leaves in the base of a shaker
2. Add the ingredients to the shaker
3. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
4. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
5. Strain into an ice-filled glass
6. Garnish & serve

Peach Mojito

Ingredients

• 25 ml Peach Fruit for Mix
• 15 ml lime juice
• 10 mint leaves
• 50 ml Light rum
• fill with soda water
