Recipes with Chocolate Cookie Syrup

Latte Cookie
Ingredients

• 20 ml Chocolate Cookie Syrup
• 30 ml espresso
• 120 ml milk

 
 



Preperation

• Glass: mug
• Method: build
• Ice: -
• Garnish: cookie crumbles

1. For the syrups in a mug
2. Steam milk until frothy
3. For the steamed milk
4. For the coffee last
5. Garnish & serve

Vanilla Ice Cookie
Ingredients

• 30 ml Chocolate Cookie Syrup
• 30 ml espresso coffee
• 2 vanilla ice cream scoops
• 60 ml milk

 
 
 


Preperation

• Glass: highball
• Method: blend
• Ice: -
• Garnish: -

1. For the ingredients into a blender
2. Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
3. Blend until smooth
4. For out to a glass with no ice
5. Serve

Old Style Cookie
Ingredients

• 45 ml Aged rum
• 10 ml Chocolate Cookie Syrup
• 5 ml Blackberry syrup
• 1 dash aromatic bitters

 
 
 


Preperation

• Method: build
• Ice: crushed
• Garnish: orange zest

1. Ice up half of the glass with crushed ice
2. For the ingredients
3. Churn to incorporate the ingredients
4. Ice up again with crushed ice to fill the glass
5. Garnish & serve
