- Colección: Free Mold
- Familia: Texturizantes
Two-component material consisting of:
How to use: The surface of the original must be clean and free of residues, pour into a clean container 100 g of component A and 10 g of component B and mix well until component B is completely dispersed in the base.Do not mix for a prolonged period of time or expose the mixture to Ta higher than 35ºC. It is preferable to always mix small quantities to ensure a good mixture of component A and component B .
The catalyst material will cure in a period of 18-24 ha at an ambient temperature of 22-24 ° C, forming a flexible rubber mold that can be easily separated from the original.
Application: Manufacture of silicone molds, suitable for food, freezing and cooking.
Observations: It is recommended to eliminate trapped air by placing the mixture in a vacuum chamber, allowing it to expand completely and then collapse. Keep the mixture for 1-2 more minutes in the vacuum chamber and then proceed to examine it; If there are no air bubbles, you can use it.When the mixture is deaerated in vacuum, a volume increase of 3 to 5 times will occur, so it is advisable to use a sufficiently large container.
If you do not have vacuum deaeration equipment, you can minimize air occlusions by mixing a small amount of component A and component B and then using a brush to apply a layer on the original of 1 or 2 mm. Maintain at room temperature until the surface is free of bubbles and the layer has started to cure. Mix another quantity of component A and component B and pour the mixture as soon as possible over the original, avoiding air occlusions.
Elaborations: Exact reproductions of any type of figure to fill with mousse, chocolates, candies, gelatins, ice cream, etc.
* Inedible product.
