- 20 ml Green Tea concentrated Base
- 20 ml Vanilla syrup
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 lemongrass stick

2 to 3 kaffir lime leaves
- fill with soda water
Difficulty level : ****
- Glass : highball
- Method : blend
- Ice : cubes
- Garnish : lemongrass stick, kaffir lime leaf
- Pour the ingredients into a blender except soda water
- Blend without ice to mix the ingredients
- Strain into an ice-filled glass
- Top up with soda water
- Garnish & serve
