- 50 ml mango juice
- 60 ml guava juice
- 20 ml lime juice

- 25 ml Gingerbread syrup
- 15 ml Blood orange syrup
- 200 ml red wine
Preperation

- Method : build
- Ice : –
- Garnish : dehydrated orange wheel, cinnamon stick
- Heat up the ingredient with the steam wand
- Pour the ingredients in a preheated mug
- Garnish & serve
Santa’s Margarita

Ingredients
- 40 ml Tequila blanco
- 20 ml Pomegranate Liqueur
- 20 ml lime juice
- 10 ml Blood orange syrup
Preperation

- Glass : cocktail
- Method : shake
- Ice : –
- Garnish : cinnamon & icing sugar all-over rim
- Dust icing sugar and cinnamon on a chilled glass and set aside
- Add the ingredients to a shaker
- Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
- Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- Strain into the decorated glass with no ice
- Garnish & serve
