Tasting Notes
Appearance: intense orange-yellow (gum-gut).
Nose: ripe mango, peppery note on the skin.
Palate: greedy attack of ripe fruit without the heaviness of overripe fruit. Generous texture of the pulp, deep and sustained aroma. The vegetal note (skin and core) can be seen at the end of the mouth.

Ingredients
- 35 ml Mango Fruit for Mix
- 70 ml orange juice
- 5 fresh pineapple chunks
Preperation

- Method : blend
- Ice : –
- Garnish : pineapple leaves
- Pour the ingredients into a blender
- Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour out to a glass with no ice

Virgin Mango Mojito
Ingredients
- 20 ml Mango Fruit for Mix
- 15 ml lime juice
- 25 ml Rum flavor syrup
- 10 mint leaves
- fill with soda water
Preperation
